AWEA: Wind farms affected by Harvey are back online
All of the turbines affected by Hurricane Harvey are back online after the storm, except for one site near Corpus Christi, Texas, that lost its local grid connection, according to the American Wind Energy Association. Pattern Energy Director of Operations John Martinez said his firm's Gulf Wind project remained operational during the storm and experienced gusts of roughly 50 miles per hour.

Attorneys general from thirteen states have asked the White House to rescind Clean Power Plan guidance issued on March 30 stating that the deadlines for compliance would be extended if the rule goes into effect. The coalition argues that deadlines aren't automatically extended and that if the Trump administration repeals the rule, it's legally bound to replace it.

"Ohio is not atypical," said pollster Lori Weigel, adding "We tend to see this nationally as well."
