Taking Care of Business

Last week was all about “top-ten” lists -- best workplaces for commuters, most fuel-efficient vehicles, top sustainable MBA programs -- well, the lists go on. Not too many surprises in this sudden rash of ratings-happy research. Teleworking? The computer industry came out ahead. Fuel efficiency? The hybrids have it. It’s the final list that really drew our attention: The biennial Beyond Grey Pinstripes report offers a consistently fascinating look at sustainable education among the next generation of business grads. Also this week: CSR experts David Crawford and Todd Scaletta examine the benefits of a Balanced Scorecard.
