CNET: Take a look (literally) at the new hybrid cars...

Have you been noticing car commercials? I have. Along with luxury and looks, several automakers are advertising something else to distinguish themselves from each other: the increasingly sophisticated technology they're building into their vehicles. We're covering the trend, and we've been taking in the big auto shows. At one in Chicago recently, we spent time getting under the hoods of new, highly fuel efficient hybrids. Smart cars.
